Renovation IN Progress Review

After submitting an online enquiry, Bryce contacted me the next day to set up our first meeting. This is my first house renovation, so I did not know what to expect. During the first session, Bryce and Lloyd took time to figure out my lifestyle needs and tailored their suggestions to my budget and requirements. Then, Bryce followed up with the quotation and explained it to me thoroughly. Though I did not engage Earth ID in the end, I’d still like to commend Bryce on his good attitude and friendly service throughout our discussions. I’m glad that I’d reached out to Earth ID; it was a pleasant experience for a first-time homeowner.

I am very pleased to meet Edwin from Earth Interior Design, who brought a new life to my 3 Room Resale Flat. When we first met at his office, I was impressed as it was very well designed and organized. It seemed like a showroom but was actually a three-storey office. During the discussion, he listened to my ideas and needs very carefully. I was very pleased with the questions he asked, as they addressed issues I had not thought of. In addition, he also asked if I would be open to his ideas and changes that would eventually help create a more perfect house for me. I have met a lot of IDs, but Edwin impressed me the most by giving his creative ideas and awesome design. The renovation process over the past 7 weeks was very smooth. Edwin kept me updated with the latest progress and suggested items to buy to beautify my house. At one point, I had trouble getting a bank cheque on time, but due to the trust between us, he allowed his contractors to complete the job and deliver it to me on time. Earth Interior Design has set a higher standard of service for other Interior Designers to follow. I highly recommend Earth Interior Design as the number one Interior Designer for their services and quality of work.
